• Creating non-consensual intimate, sexually explicit, nude, sexually suggestive, harassing, fraudulent, defamatory, deceptive, or otherwise exploitative content involving a real person
• Using the service to create deepfakes, synthetic media, or misleading content intended to deceive others, misrepresent events, or falsely imply that a person said or did something they did not say or do
• Interfering with or disrupting the security or performance of the service
• Using the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempting to bypass any moderation controls, safety features, security features, usage limits, or credit restrictions of the service
• Reverse engineering or attempting to extract the AI models used by the service

Moderation and Safety Controls

Seedance 2.0 Video may use automated and manual safeguards to detect, review, restrict, or block prompts, uploads, reference images, generated outputs, accounts, or usage patterns that may violate these Terms. These safeguards may include moderation checks for text prompts, uploaded images, reference images, and other user-submitted materials.
